Yes. We will do a physical analysis of your property, and we will be able to recommend if you need fresh paint, updated landscaping, parking lot repairs, etc. Even small cosmetic upgrades can increase perceived value and rent potential.

  • Gross Lease (Full-Service) — The tenant pays a flat rent, and the Landlord covers most or all operating expenses
  • Modified Gross Lease — This is a middle ground between gross and net leases. The tenant pays base rental plus some shared expenses while the Landlord covers the rest
  • Net Lease — The tenant pays base rent plus some or all property expenses
  • Double Net Lease — Tenant pays base rent, property taxes, and insurance. Landlord typically covers structural maintenance
